Well, in an effort to update the system, there are now new features that are now included as standard. Below is a list and description of some of the new features.
1) Contractor Agreement. If you need to have your officials sign a contractor agreement before requesting games, they can now do that electronically. The system now tracks when and who signed the contractor agreement before they are able to actually request games. This is an option that can be turned off by organization.
2) League Manager. There is a new role in the system that will allow league managers to do a quick submit of the games. The system put all games submitted by the league managers into a created status and will not be able to be viewed by anyone other than the schedulers. The schedulers can then change the status of the game to "OPEN" thereby making it available to receive requests from the officials.
3) New status added to the game. The four existing statuses are CREATED, OPEN, CANCELLED, CLOSED.
4) In the game schedule page, each user now has the ability to adjust the number of games that show up in the game list. This will allow the users on slower systems to show a smaller number of games, thereby increasing their performance.
5) There is now a MINI schedule on the home page when a user logs into the site. This mini schedule will show any upcoming games that they might have. Giving them a quick view without having to go through the entire game schedule to see what they have.
6) Various other performance enhancements have been done to increase the entire system performance.
